1. In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?

Overall our movie opening uses, develops and challenges forms and conventions by using aspects from various movies like the voice over taking aspects from the opening of The Hobbit and how they use the voice over in the opening the same way, as the character describes what is happening on screen. Our movie opening challenges conventions of a crime movie with the use of the villain instead of being shown as a minority character in our movie opening the character is portrayed as the main character.
2. How does your media product represent particular social groups?

Overall media product represents many social groups like teenagers, adults and the use of the appearances of the characters to portray certain social groups like the investigator represents a middle class audience and social group in the way the character wears the long grey coat to connote a sense of realism.

3. What kind of media institutions might distribute your media product and why?

Overall it m depend on factors of the prosuction compaanies involved or whether the film is not produced by a major production company. Aswell as this the distrubution of the movie would more likkely to be on the interent therefore more people can access the movie and it acts as a free or cheap type of distrubution to a wide audience.

4. Who would be the audience for your media product?

The graph is our research of questionnaires that Me and Daniel carried out. Here shows that are main audience will be above the age of 18 however I think this type of film can also appeal to people younger than this.

5. How did you attract/address your audience?

Unique selling point: Is the use of the main character as the character challenges conventions of the crime genre, as the main character is normally heroic, maybe normally seen as the Investigator. Also the use of the film title is clever and appealing as it connotes the film is not going to be clear cut but almost hard for the audience to figure out certain meanings, which adds to the appeal of the movie.

6. What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

Overall I have learnt many things about the technologies in constructing my media product but the main thing being how to implement these technologies together, some worked very well together but others were harder like implementing Prezi's and other programs on to blogger meant that I needed to go in to the coding to do so.

7. Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel have learnt in the progression from it to full product?
